Returns Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict storage and handling requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, Arctic Research does not accept returns or issue refunds on any completed orders.

Order cancellations may be requested before an order has been fulfilled and shipped. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support.arcticpeptides@proton.me with your order details. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If you believe there was an error with your order — such as receiving the wrong product — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order information and we will work to resolve the issue.
